WILMA VAN GRINSVEN-PADBERG
My name is Wilma van Grinsven-Padberg and I live in Holland. My life changed when I came into contact with extra virgin olive oil in 2007. Tasting many samples I did not understand why some were delicious and others simply horrible. I have visited many farmers to try to understand better; until I discovered that there was a school that could teach me to recognize an oil defected by a good oil, I knew it was what I wanted to do. So I started to attend the basic courses of ONAOO; in 2018 I obtained the Qualification of Professional Taster. Since then I have completely dedicated myself to olive oil tasting and I try to educate people by following the basic patterns of the lessons I have learned over the years. Despite this, I continue to attend the refresher courses organized by the school. ONAOO is the oldest and the best school of olive oil in the world; all the teachers and professionals made me understand how much there is to learn about the production of a good quality extra virgin olive oil. ONAOO is not only a school but also a family and I can recommend everyone to join them. It is a gift for yourself!

In recent times, organizations that deal with olive oil tasting training have multiplied. It follows that more and more people graduate as tasters.
