I’m an olive-tènder. I’m a Lady Farmer who grows olive trees and care about connection with people and plants cultivating in a simple way of life.
It’s not just about olive oil, it’s about Heart, Soul, and Kindness.
This is why I have coined a new word and call myself “olive-tènder” (from to tend: to look after, to take care, to preserve).
I’m a custodian of a small ecosystem with the privilege and responsibility of its role in it.
I started my journey in the ONAOO School in 2018 and ended this year, in 2022, becoming a Professional Taster.

In recent times, organizations that deal with olive oil tasting training have multiplied. It follows that more and more people graduate as tasters.
On one hand, ONAOO is pleased to have been the initiator of a phenomenon that interests because it creates an “olive culture” that is perceived as a necessity for market and consumers.
