I was born in 1984 and I have been living in Imperia since several years. I graduated in “Political Sciences and International Relations” at Cattolica University of Milan; I have thus completed the Master in “Logistics and Transport” at IUAV in Venice.
I work at the “Olio Novaro” family business in Imperia. My family has been selecting oils since 1860 and I can therefore say that I have this passion in my blood, which why I decided to become an olive oil taster. I am a Member of ONAOO where I started my educational path; in January 2020 I finished my studies at the School obtaining the Qualification of Professional Taster.
OLIVE OIL CULTURE
In recent times, organizations that deal with olive oil tasting training have multiplied. It follows that more and more people graduate as tasters.
On one hand, ONAOO is pleased to have been the initiator of a phenomenon that interests because it creates an “olive culture” that is perceived as a necessity for market and consumers.
