I have 30 years of experience in specialist / natural / organic food management in various sectors of the US food industry.Since 2006, I have been an executive of extra virgin olive oil as President / Partner of Lucini Italia, CEO / Partner of Gaea North America and, since 2018, founder of EVOOGuy.com. My sensory training in the field of olive oil ‘olive began with the first level course ONAOO in 2011, while in 2018 I acquired the second level course, becoming a professional taster. I have set up training courses on olive oil; Olive Oil 101, for 90 minutes lessons, for over 2000 professionals in the sector, consumers and the media. At the end of 2018, I was hired as a Brand Ambassador by Deoleo North America, where I manage their Carapelli line as a consultant. In 2019, my olive oil van will become operational: it will sell premium quality extra-virgin olive oil in bottles and carry out tests with consumers in various markets and events and in front of the main retail stores.
