Aldo lives in Imperia. He graduated in Business Economics from the University of Genoa.
He has a Master in Coaching and Communication with recognition of Richard Bandler’s NLP Society. From 2000 he has been Professional Taster of ONAOO.
He was a two-time winner of the national competition “The Taster of the Year” in 2000 and 2001.
He graduated as Panel Leader at the Florence Chamber of Commerce in 2009. He has been an official member of the ONAOO Panel since 2000.
Aldo carries out business consultancy on quality (selection of raw materials and blending) for Italian and multinational companies.
He is a passionate popularizer and has held corporate and popular training courses in the oil sector in Italy and abroad in English.
Over the years he has participated as a judge in many of the most important national and international competitions. Since 2016 he organizes the Masters of Olive Oil International Contest.
He has developed skills in the sales, negotiation and sales training sector as well as in the web and social-media marketing sector.

In recent times, organizations that deal with olive oil tasting training have multiplied. It follows that more and more people graduate as tasters.
