Fabrizio was born in Imperia. The family business was founded 100 years ago in Imperia, in 1918, after his great-grandfather decided to leave Imperia by train in search of his companions in different cities of North West Italy to whom he later proposed to buy their Olive Oil, or to trade it for other products. It is thanks to his Grandfather Giuseppe and grandmother Rosabianca who, during the first years in the company, taught their grandchildren the trade and the importance of a personal relationship with our customers.

Today his company certifies the olive groves from which they harvest the olives of the Taggiasca variety. In the last 100 years many things have changed but not his passion; for this he decides to start attending the first school in the world to talk about sensory analysis.

In 2018 he attended the ONAOO Official Technical Course and subsequently enrolled in the Advanced Course concluded in June 2021. Today Fabrizio is an ONAOO Professional Taster and regularly participates in the activities organized by the School.

OLIVE OIL CULTURE

In recent times, organizations that deal with olive oil tasting training have multiplied. It follows that more and more people graduate as tasters.

On one hand, ONAOO is pleased to have been the initiator of a phenomenon that interests because it creates an “olive culture” that is perceived as a necessity for market and consumers.
