Born 01/08/1970, married, 1 child. She lives in Linguizzetta (Corsica).

In 2014 she becomes Manager of SARL Moulin Oltremonti (Linguizzetta, Corsica), where she manges the olive mill (two phases Pieralisi), Olive oil producer and grower. From 2008 she is an olive oil producer and grower, she creates the olive farm on 35 ha with a 15 ha olive grove, and creates a nursery for the production of olive trees of Corsican variety.

From 2004 to 2009 she worked at Hotel l’Atrachjata (Aléria, Corsica) as Director.

From 1997 to 1998 she was Consultant for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Bosnia and Herzegovina (B-H), Georgia, Azerbaijan e Armenia. From 1995 to 1997 she was Consultant for AEDES in Tajikistan. From 1993 to 1995: she was Technical Advisor – United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) – in Angola.

From 2014 to 2017 she followed a path to become a Professional Olive Oil Tasters of O.N.A.O.O. (Imperia, Italy).

From 2000 to 2001 she studied Ancient History at the Corsica Pascal Paoli University (Corte, Corsica). From 1998 to 2000 she studied Classics (Greek and Latin) at Université d’Aix-en-Provence (Aix-en-Provence, France). From 1992 to 1993 she obtained a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Political Economy at the London School of Economics (London, UK). From 1991 to 1992 she attended the 1st year of Political Science at the Insitut d’Etudes Politiques (Aix-en-Provence, France). From 1988 to 1991 she obtained a BA (Bachelor of Arts) in International Relations at the University of Sussex, Brighton, UK

In recent times, organizations that deal with olive oil tasting training have multiplied. It follows that more and more people graduate as tasters.
