Born in 1989, Dino tasted oils for the first time with the ONAOO School at the age of eighteen, finding himself in California with his father Michele, a professional ONAOO taster. For Dino, oil is a family matter, it is passion, it is tradition, it is value; all he knows was taught to him by his father. After completing his studies in Management at Bocconi, Dino works for large companies such as Ferrero, to then devote himself to the export of the family business. Like his brother and cousin, Dino attends the course organized by the ONAOO School.

In 2019 a more in-depth journey begins in ONAOO, which ended in 2021 with the achievement of the qualification of ONAOO professional taster. He speaks three foreign languages well (English, Spanish and Portuguese) and if you contact him you will probably find him on some travels.

In recent times, organizations that deal with olive oil tasting training have multiplied. It follows that more and more people graduate as tasters.

On one hand, ONAOO is pleased to have been the initiator of a phenomenon that interests because it creates an “olive culture” that is perceived as a necessity for market and consumers.
