I have 30 years of specialty/natural/organic executive food management experience in various sectors in the US Food industry.

I have been an Extra Virgin Olive Oil executive since 2006 starting as President/Partner of Lucini Italia, CEO/Partner of Gaea North America and as of 2018 Founder of EVOOGuy.com

My Olive Oil sensory training started at ONAOO Level 1 in 2011. In 2018 I got the qualification as ONAOO Professional Taster.

I have instructed olive oil trainings; Olive Oil 101 for a 90-minute class, for over 2000 trade professionals, consumers and the media.

In late 2018, I was hired as a Brand Ambassador to Deoleo North America managing their Carapelli line as a consultant.

In 2019 my Olive Oil truck will begin rolling to sell premium bottled EVOO and conduct trials with consumers at various markets, events and in front of key retail stores.

In recent times, organizations that deal with olive oil tasting training have multiplied. It follows that more and more people graduate as tasters.
