CERTIFIED TASTING SESSIONS

ASPIRING OLIVE OIL TASTER

Besides the physiological fitness to perform the tasting, acquired during the 1st level course, it is necessary to obtain another Certificate, issued by a Panel Leader, certifying the attendance to twenty certified tasting sessions, held in the way and times provided for by current legislation.

Certified tasting sessions are compliant with the provisions of Ministerial Decree of 18 June 2014 (Art.4, Paragraph 2, Letter b): :

"Certificate issued by a panel leader, pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 7, who confirms the attendance, according to the methodology set out in Annex 12 of the Reg., to at least 20 tasting sessions, held on different days, during the 18 months preceding the date of submission of the application, each containing at least 3 organoleptic assessments."

TOTAL COST of the 20 tasting sessions: € 732.00, including VAT

TOTAL COST of the 20 tasting sessions: € 512.40, including VAT (reserved for those who acquired the Physiological Fitness to perform the Tasting following an ONAOO course)
