Catherine Fogel has been in the food business since 2002.

She is Sourcing & Purchasing Manager of Group C & E Gastro-Import Denmark, Sweden and Norway. She is also the Founder of Olivoteque.

Panel Leader graduated by ONAOO in 2005.

She’s interested in Education in the olive oil world.

She has a Culinary School and she’s also a professional chefs.

She’s a Maître Fromager in “Guilde International des Fromagers” since 2008.

She’s also Ambassador for the Scandinavian countries.

She’s in “Guilde International des Fromagers” since 2011.

She’s a judge in “International Food and Culinary Competitions” from 2004.

In 2018 she obtained the qualification of Professional Taster ONAOO.
